Save the Date for TASN’s 2027 Events

The school year moves quickly. Save these 2027 dates now so you can make time to learn from Texas school nutrition colleagues, connect with industry partners and bring new ideas back to your program.

• Jan. 31–Feb. 3: TASN Partnership Collaboration Summit in Rockwall. Watch the PCS page for program and registration details.
• Jan. 31–Feb. 2: The Rockwall session of Administrative Academy. Check-in is Jan. 31, and classes are Feb. 1–2.
• June 26–29: The TASN Annual Conference in San Antonio. The exhibit hall will be open to attendees on Monday, June 28.

Annual Conference exhibit registration opens Oct. 2

Planning to exhibit in San Antonio? The 2027 TASN Annual Conference exhibit hall will be open to attendees for one day, Monday, June 28, at the Henry B. González Convention Center, Exhibit Hall 4B.

Registration opens Friday, Oct. 2, 2026, for active TASN industry members and Nov. 2, 2026, for nonmembers. Log in to your TASN account before registration opens to confirm your profile is active and up to date.

10 × 10 booth rates:

• In-line booth: $1,750 member | $2,200 nonmember
• Corner booth: $1,850 member | $2,300 nonmember

View the 2027 Exhibitor Prospectus and Floor Plan for booth details. TASN will share the registration link when registration opens. Final payment is due Jan. 15, 2027.

Keep an eye out for enhanced TASN sponsorship opportunities, including new annual sponsorships for companies that want to connect with members throughout the year.
