Texas Delegates Sponsorship

We invite 2026 LAC attendees to partner with us as we celebrate the Texas Delegates and advocacy at a special dinner. The dinner will be held at the Old Ebbitt Grill on the evening of Sunday, March 8, 2026, from 6:30 - 9:30pm.

Sponsors will be recognized in LAC communications, during the Texas Delegation Dinner, and in TASN publications. Recognition will also be placed on the TASN website.

Note: Sponsors must be registered for the 2026 SNA LAC and attending the dinner.

If you have not RSVPed to the dinner, please reach out to Valerie Delarosa for the link to the RSVP form. The deadline to RSVP is February 28th but the dinner may reach capacity sooner than that.

Materials Sponsor: $300
Visits to the Hill require pertinent information to be given to the Congressional Representatives. Your sponsorship will equip Texas Delegates with materials needed for their scheduled Capitol visits.

General/Monetary Sponsorship: $250-$1,000
You can also support TASN in its advocacy efforts at LAC with a monetary donation.
