Purpose / Job Description:
Ensures policies and procedures established by the Student Nutrition Department are implemented and followed. Facilitate the day to day operation of the kitchens including the areas of Food Production, Time Management, Employee Management and all areas necessary to operate an effective and efficient establishment. Assist the Student Nutrition Department in planning and implementing all departmental programs for managers and employees
