Notes

  • Sponsorship opportunities for the 2026 TASN Annual Conference are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before the event.
  • Please have your booth number available when registering for a sponsorship package. Your booth number(s) can be found in your exhibit registration confirmation email. 
  • Also, keep in mind that the online sponsorship registration form includes a built-in timer, so it must be completed within 10 minutes.

The Gaylord Texan Resort & Conference Center will be the site of the TASN 2026 Annual Conference. Learning sessions, meals, the exhibit hall will all be hosted at the Gaylord, which will also serve as the conference host hotel.
